to bring on our trip?
A: Food and Drinks (small

Q: What happens
to our catch?
A: The fish are yours to keep,
although we adhere to all rules and regulations (bag and size limits)
set forth by North Carolina Marine Fisheries.
Q: Is there a
fish cleaning service?
A: No, but there are two fish
cleaning stations at Island Harbor Marina. By request Capt. Wes can help
you clean and bag the fish for a small fee.
Q: Do I need a
fishing license?
A: North Carolina does require a
salt water fishing license as of January 1, 2007. Capt. Wes has
purchased a salt water blanket license that covers everyone on the
boat. Individual licenses are not required.
Q: What is a customary
tip for the captain?
A: As a rule of thumb, like a
restaurant 15%-20% of charter price.
Q: Do kids need
to wear Life Jackets?
A: YES, all persons 12 years old
and younger are required by North Carolina law to wear approved life
preserver at all times.
Q: Can we buy a
Bogue Sound Adventure T-shirt?
A: YES, T-shirts are available for
sale from Capt. Wes on the boat or by mail.
